Prayer Time

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Philippians 4:6

Our Thursday night prayer meeting is a small gathering of people from our fellowship who are committed to praying together. We start at 7.00pm with a time of praise and a cup of tea and then spend a short time in open prayer when anyone is welcome to bring their prayers before God. Praying aloud is not compulsory!

The issues brought to God in prayer range from personal and family problems to issues concerning the church, the wider community and the world today. Anyone is welcome to ask for prayer, by writing their name on the prayer list in church or even via email!

We close by saying the Lord's Prayer together.

Following the prayer meeting we have a music practice for the following Sunday's service so if you want to join the worship team you can stay behind and learn some new hymns!
