Qualifications for Elders (Pastors)

5For this cause I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed you:

6If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of rebellion or unruly.

7For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not self-willed, not soon angry, not given to wine, not violent, not given to dishonest gain;

8But a lover of hospitality, a lover of good, sensible, just, holy, temperate;

9Holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to refute the opposition.

Cling to your faith in the LORD Jesus Christ, hold on tightly, do not waver and choose man who hold fast to Word of GOD. The entrance into the Word illuminates my mind and helps me to understand revelation.

Bible is the revelation of GOD, given by GOD. It is unfolding truth about GOD given to man about GOD and GOD’s redeeming part for mankind.

Faithful Word, reliable, dependable. We believe in Word of GOD because it’s GOD’s divine revelation. Doubt based on ignorance.

Bible is my daily diet to find out about GOD and application in my life.

People around us need encouragement, there is nothing GOD cannot do through you.

We share the Word, use it to encourage somebody else, who is down hearted, desperate. GOD will send discernment into your spirit. When you develop discerned spirit the Spirit of GOD will swift quickly where they are coming from and what they believe.
