Confidence in troublesome times

Posted on 01 Nov 2019

The truth is GOD is given us His Word, a very clear direction how we ought to live. Things will always be in a state of change. The reason being is that we live in a fallen world and the leaders refuse to acknowledge Bible as governing guide book as well as living.

In Revelation the whole world will be apart. Live in sense of confidence, assurance and sense of contentment in life no matter what we face in life. Many people live in anxiety.

Basic principles on how to live confidently

Romans 8:28-39

     28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. 29For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

More Than Conquerors

31What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 32He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? 33Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. 35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? 36As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;

we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

37No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

* Verse 28 GOD control our circumstances. GOD is in absolute control. GOD established His throne in the heavens, and His Sovereignty rules overall. He rules all things, times and circumstances. There is no such thing as absolute free will. Nothing can happen to one of His children unless He allows it and if He allows it He will turn it for good somehow and someway. We are given sense of free will. He is in absolute control. Whatever He allows it will turn it out to be for my good. He takes difficult circumstances, desires and wants turn is for our good.

* Verse 32 GOD meets our needs. If GOD the Father was willing to give His only Son Lord Jesus to come into this world to walk among man, reveal who He is, and dying on the cross paying for out deaths in full. All things fits His will in our lives. He knows what to give us, what to withhold from us. Your Father knows your needs before you even ask Him. GOD give me what I need.

* Verse 29 when GOD save us His ultimate purpose in our lives is to confirm us to image of His Son and in the process He will meet your need whatever that might be.

If GOD His willing to give us His best anything GOD withholding from us is for the reason either He is teaching us to rely upon Him or He knows it is not good for us. Do I want GOD’s best? Then I wait for His timing, I let Him do the choosing.

We believers of LORD Jesus we live in higher level, He is in control of everything and He will meet absolutely our every need in our lives. Trust in the LORD!
