Out of defeats GOD brings greatest sense of victory, spiritual awareness in our lives. Failure and defeat can be the beginning of success and victory in your Christian life.

*These defeats sometime engineered by GOD. GOD shuttered Apostle Paul and brought his self-will down.

*Defeat is often times essential to GOD’s accomplishing His great purpose in our life. GOD will be holding us up as demonstration to His angelic hosts of His grace, goodness, love and power demonstrated in our lives. GOD demonstrates His grace through us, His power through us, His love through us.

Grace is GOD’s undeserved favour to us and it is unattainable in any other way, it is a gift. We are saved by grace through our LORD Jesus Christ and the only way you will live Christian life victoriously is by Christ Jesus living through your life by faith.

*These defeats and failures expose our weaknesses, they expose our inadequacies. As long as you are successful in your human efforts you won’t depend on GOD. GOD wants you to depend upon Him because GOD knows the way of the flesh.

Galatians 5:19-24

19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, impurity, licentiousness,

20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strife, jealousy, wrath, selfishness, divisions, heresies,

21Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revelings, and such like: of which I tell you beforehand, as I have also told you in time past, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23Meekness, self-control: against such there is no law.

24And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

2000 years ago I was crucified with Christ now that I no longer live but Christ lives in me. You replaced your old self with the new person LORD Jesus Christ that is total dependence upon GOD in you by faith.

Galatians 2:20

I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Other people need to discover what you have discovered.

*Our defeat enlighten us who we really are, how awful we have been, GOD shows us who we really been.

*He shows us who He is. Love confronts, love disciplines, love corrects, love breaks, love liberates. GOD breaks us, brings us to end of ourselves in beautiful love. He shows us what He is like. He is wonderfully loving towards us. He brings us to desperation that we experience what is like being loved by GOD.

*When you give up, He began to flow through His love, you get free.

*Defeat envelops us. Our Heavenly Father always designs to bring us end of ourselves. Sometime we have to suffer. What determines the degree of my suffering is, the degree I am willing to yield. In His suffering envelops us in love. He pours His love to us.

*It elevates us the life at its best. We rest in Him and we trust Him. We don’t fret anymore because GOD is in control. Just say yes to what He requires. He will do for us what we can’t do ourselves. Whatever necessary to bring us to beginning, free, liberated. Christ in our life makes us adequate for everything. It becomes the life of Christ.

Whatever your circumstances today, trust the life of Christ is within you. Learn the lesson GOD is trying to teach you during these painful times. If you are facing defeat today ask GOD what He is trying to achieve in you. If GOD is saying to you get yourself back to cross, you must make the choice to surrender your life to Christ.

Defeat is the beginning of great life. It is amazing how your life will change. Don’t fight against it, accept it, look for His lessons and every time you will step up higher and your life will take on a whole different perspective. GOD will do what you cannot do for yourself for your life. Adjust and align yourself with GOD’s truth.
