1 Timothy 2:1-8

1I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;

2For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

3For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;

4Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

5For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

6Who gave himself a ransom for all, this to be a testimony at the proper time.

7To this I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not 😉 a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

8I desire therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

*Salvation is GOD’s work of deliverance from death to giving us eternal life. It is a gift of eternal life. He chose to save us because He loves us.

Ephesians 2:4, 7, 10

4But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us

*Because GOD sees us as His eternal trophies of His grace.

7That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

*In us, by saving us, we might work the good works, man see the good works in Him and glorify our Father in heaven

10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

Luke 19:10

10For the Son of man came to seek and to save that which was lost.

John 3:17

17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

1 John 2:2

2And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

The truth about our identity in Christ. We are children of GOD, joint heir with Christ. We are saints because we are saved and set apart. We are a new creation in Christ. Born again by the Spirit of GOD, we are brand new creation, we are a flower of LORD Jesus Christ. We are follower of LORD Jesus Christ.

I am a child of GOD. I am a joint heir with LORD Jesus Christ. I am a saint. I am a new creation in Christ. I am a follower of LORD Jesus Christ. I have His name, I have His life.

The truth about our position. We have access to GOD the Father through LORD Jesus Christ.
