Ephesians 1:8-14

8Which he has abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence;

9Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he has purposed in himself:

10That in the dispensation of the fullness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

11In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will:

12That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.

13In whom you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after you believed, you were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise,

14Who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

Unbeliever cannot understand who we are because;

2 Corinthians 4:4

4The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

They cannot understand spiritual things. We shouldn’t get upset when unbelievers bothers us, mock us and falsely blames us because they don’t know who we are. Their problem is that we don’t act the way they act because we have been to do the cross, we became new creation in Christ Jesus, born again with the Spirit of GOD. Old things are passed away, all things are become new, Christ is in us. If we act like the world act, it is out of character. What they are what we used to be. We can never be what they are because the moment we receive LORD Jesus Christ as our Saviour we are transformed.

*Our relationship with LORD Jesus Christ

We are joint heirs with LORD Jesus Christ.

*Our predestination through Him

5he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—

We are legal heirs of all what GOD provided us. He operates in His divine power and energy.

Colossians 1:12

12and giving joyful thanks to the Father, who has qualified you ^f to share in the inheritance of his holy people in the kingdom of light.

*Guarantee is the sealing work of the Holy Spirit in our life. Seal indicates ownership, it is the presence of the Holy Spirit within us is the ownership. We do have authority to speak His Word confidently. That’s the authority of the seal.

You were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise, seal means the transaction is complete. GOD promise to you is that your inheritance is waiting for you. We are the possession of GOD.

*to the praise of His glory – He gets glory out of blessing His children so that He might show the exceeding riches of his grace.

Ephesians 2:7

7That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

We are saints, chosen in Him before the foundation of the world, you have been accepted by the LORD Jesus and you have been redeemed on the cross, you have been forgiven past, present and the future, you are now one of those saints you will receive inheritance.
