Anxiety is emotion we go through when an uncertainty comes towards us.
Philippians 4:6-11
6Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
7And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Think on these Things
8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9Those things, which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
Thanks for Philippian Generosity
10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me has flourished again; in which you were also concerned, but you lacked opportunity.
11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, to be content.
2 Corinthians 11:23-28
23Are they servants of Christ? (I am out of my mind to talk like this.) I am more. I have worked much harder, been in prison more frequently, been flogged more severely, and been exposed to death again and again. 24Five times I received from the Jews the forty lashes minus one. 25Three times I was beaten with rods, once I was pelted with stones, three times I was shipwrecked, I spent a night and a day in the open sea, 26I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my fellow Jews, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false believers. 27I have laboured and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked. 28Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.
The only way we learn to trust in the LORD and have great faith is by being thrown into the trials and difficulties. LORD is going to see me through this, He is not going to let me down, no matter what.
How would you know how much faith you have till you get tested? How would you know how strong you are till you get tested? How would you know you can trust Him till you get into a situation that you cannot do anything but to trust Him?
We need to know how to deal with anxiety.
The results of anxiety is;
-It divides your mind
-Energy drain
-Slows down our productivity
-it will affect our relationship with others
-causes person to make unwise decisions
-steal person peace and joy
6Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
*Prayer is vital part dealing with anxiety. When we are anxious, bring it to the Father and bring it with supplications. It is a very clear confession to GOD that ‘I need you in my life’, ‘I need to understand what’s going on’, ‘I need you at this time in my life’.
*Thanks giving, I am coming to you thanking you Heavenly Father I know that you love me. I am coming to you I know that you have power to change it all, the way you want everything to be. I am coming to you that you will get me through this. I am coming to you, I know that you have all the power to change it all.
Hebrews 4:14-15
14Seeing then that we have a great high priest that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
15For we have not a high priest who cannot be touched with the feeling of our weaknesses; but was in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.
Philippians 4:7
7And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
*Praying to Him with confidence. Talking to Him. He will guard your mind in Christ Jesus. I got to focus on Him that He will deliver me through this.
*GOD is omnipotent, He is here, He is in every aspect of our life.
Philippians 4:9
9Those things, which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.
*Practice these things. Father you gave me Your word and all Your promises comes to pass.
Luke 4:18-30
18The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
22And all bore him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph’s son?
23And he said unto them, You will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal yourself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in your country.
24And he said, Verily, I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.
25But I tell you a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
26But unto none of them was Elijah sent, except unto Zarephath, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.
27And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Elisha the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, except Naaman the Syrian.
28And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
29And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill on which their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
30But he passing through the midst of them went his way,
LORD Jesus life was life of conflict and tension.
Luke 12:49-50
49I am come to send fire on the earth; and would that it were already kindled?
50But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I constrained till it be accomplished!
Mark 1:33-35
33And all the city was gathered together at the door.
34And he healed many that were sick of various diseases, and cast out many demons; and allowed not the demons to speak, because they knew him.

15But so much the more went there a fame abroad of him: and great multitudes came together to hear, and to be healed by him of their infirmities.
16And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
Luke 6:9-12
9Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the Sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?
10And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth your hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
11And they were filled with fury; and discussed one with another what they might do to Jesus.
The Twelve Apostles Chosen
12And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.
Luke 11:1
1And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
LORD Jesus every morning and night He was praying refreshing His soul.
Take your burdens and leave it there. Take it to the Father. Focus on the Father and the LORD Jesus Christ, not on what’s going on. Deal with anxiety immediately. Focus on the LORD with confidence.
The Word of GOD is more important than anything else. Bring it to the LORD. ‘Father you are in charge. You are in control of my situation and the circumstances. Father I trust you.’
Peace of GOD will surround you. He will guard your mind and keep you from being anxious.
Father is interested in everything that we are interested. Father is in charge in control of our situation and He takes great delight doing it.
