Philippians 4:10-13

10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me has flourished again; in which you were also concerned, but you lacked opportunity.

11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, to be content.

12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: everywhere and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.

13I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

*overcoming ups and downs in life is a learning process

We cannot control or foresee the circumstances and sometimes we are spiritually not ready yet. GOD conforms us to the likeness of LORD Jesus Christ. We are facing ever so changing circumstances. LORD Jesus Christ does not change. We learn some valuable lessons in life. Do not allow circumstances to cheat you from what GOD allowed.

How do I live with stability, in peace and content when the circumstances changing? GOD has not intended ups and downs for us.

* overcoming ups and downs in life is a learning process that leads us to peace and contentment

We respond emotionally rather than spiritually. Inner confidence, peace and assurance comes from Word of GOD that applicable to our circumstances in life. That is contentment.

*learn to bring GOD’s power into our circumstances into my weakness to enable me to be content with difficulties, rejection, and persecution.

I can do through Christ.

We have the light of Christ in us. His presence in us equals His power through us. The truth is Christ living within us. GOD releases power to face every single circumstance in life no exception. When we are the weakest bring GOD’s power in our weakness for us to be confident, in peace and content and for us to overcome in the face of difficulties whatever circumstances we are in.

When you trust LORD Jesus Christ He came to live in you.

<submit my will to His will. Whatever you allow in my life it is ok My LORD, it’s for my best.

< I trust you to control the circumstances in my life for my best My LORD.

When you bring GOD’s power into your circumstances you trust in Him and you rest in Him.

Only by His power and strength and His wisdom I yield Him LORD whatever you choose to do in my life I accept it, I accept to do your way. Your power and Spirit in my life enable me to do all you require me to do. GOD will enable me to walk in peace and in His presence in ever day no matter what I face if I trust Him and willing to submit and willing to rest in Him.

CHRIST will enable you face it all victoriously and triumphantly.
