Philippians 1:12-18

12Now I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that what has happened to me has actually served to advance the gospel. 13As a result, it has become clear throughout the whole palace guard and to everyone else that I am in chains for Christ. 14And because of my chains, most of the brothers and sisters have become confident in the Lord and dare all the more to proclaim the gospel without fear.

15It is true that some preach Christ out of envy and rivalry, but others out of goodwill. 16The latter do so out of love, knowing that I am put here for the defence of the gospel. 17The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing that they can stir up trouble for me while I am in chains. 18But what does it matter? The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached. And because of this I rejoice. Yes, and I will continue to rejoice,

< Focus on Christ, not the circumstance

If you run away from your circumstances you will run into something worse. Don’t run away, don’t tell anybody about it, it makes it bigger.

When you focus your eyes on the Christ, He lift the veils from your eyes and you began to see things from entirely different perspective.

Because he learned very early when he focuses his attention on Christ 7But whatever were gains to me I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. Philippians 3:7

< Focus on the sovereignty of GOD not the will of man.

GOD sovereign power has power to rescue.

Our circumstances is permissive will of GOD. We know nothing can touch a believer unless GOD allows it. GOD is engineering our circumstances “for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

Everything under the control of GOD. You are in the hand of GOD.

Those circumstances are permissive will of GOD. GOD to accomplish something in your life that He couldn’t have accomplish in any other way. GOD is in the process of teaching us. He wants us to live above our circumstances. Focus on the Christ and Sovereignty of GOD that He allowed this to happen to child of GOD.

< Focus on the positive results not the personal pain

GOD knows how to use your life and cause you to make an impact that you could have never made in order way. Christ living inside of you talking to these people. Rejoice, be happy about your circumstances when you focus on the positive results rather than on the personal pain. The progress of the Gospel cut away all those that hindered it. GOD sent him right in to heart of Roman soldiers. He was winning the guards and those on the outside came to visit him and most of them became disciples and became confident in the LORD.

The only thing mattered that name of LORD Jesus Christ was on the lips of people, name of LORD Jesus Christ being lifted up, the Gospel is accelerated, LORD Jesus Christ being glorified, people are being saved. Praise the LORD!

Focus on the positive results of bad circumstances not on the personal pain. When you focus your attention on Christ He lift the veils from our eyes and we began to see the opportunities, privileges that we wouldn’t have had. Thank GOD!

Your confidence in Christ will impact on those people. If I am walking in the will of GOD I expect the difficulties. All followers of LORD Jesus Christ will suffer persecution. Live above them.

Focus on Christ, focus on the sovereignty of GOD, focus on all the ways that GOD will be glorified, focus on the positive results that GOD is working out and will work out if you allow Him to do it.

Once you confess your sins, repent for your sins and accept LORD Jesus Christ as your Saviour then Christ on the inside of you will begin working out His perfect will. Your life will glorify GOD. Live above your circumstances by faith in LORD Jesus Christ inside of you enabling you to triumph over your circumstances. It is your victory for the asking and believing. In LORD Jesus name, amen.
