When we obey GOD, He always blesses obedience. There are eternal blessings also.

Mark 9:41

41For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because you belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward.

Luke 6:20-23

20And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be you poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.

21Blessed are you that hunger now: for you shall be filled. Blessed are you that weep now: for you shall laugh.

22Blessed are you, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.

23Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

Some blessings He planned for us later.

Obedience always brings hardship, suffering and persecutions before the blessings.

He is omniscient, He knows what’s best for you.

I have been blessed by being in opposition for standing for LORD Jesus Christ.

I have been blessed by being stoned to death.

I have been blessed because GOD raised me up.

I have been blessed because I have been doing what GOD called me to do.

1 Timothy 2:7

7I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:

Finish the course, keep the faith. GOD is in the process of blessing you.

GOD purpose to bring us to end of ourselves. Prevent us becoming prideful.

Anything causes us to stumble is not good for us.

Romans 8:28

28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

If you honour Him and obey Him, He will turn every pain to our good.

GOD if you are in GOD, He will bless you and will use you as a blessing for others.

GOD always bless obedience.

One of the reasons GOD allow these test and trials, the difficult times is to demonstrate to other people how faithful His children are. Those circumstances becomes a blessing.

Obedience always brings blessings chosen by GOD. He may choose to bless us in a way we wouldn’t choose.

LORD in my pain you are blessing me, drawing me closer to you, sifting me, sanding me, cutting out the stuff in my life that you know it does not belong to be, to make me more like yourself. These circumstances brings us to end of ourselves and we totally rely on the LORD. That’s when GOD blesses us. GOD is ultimately in control.
