We all need help at some occasions.

John 14:16-18

16And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever— 17the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you. 18I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.

Psalm 18:6

6In my distress I called upon the LORD, and cried unto my God: he heard my voice out of his temple, and my cry came before him, even into his ears.

Psalm 30:1-2

1I will extol you, O LORD; for you have lifted me up, and have not made my foes to rejoice over me.

2O LORD my God, I cried unto you, and you have healed me.

Psalm 33:20

20Our soul waits for the LORD: he is our help and our shield.

Psalm 63:6-7

6When I remember you upon my bed, and meditate on you in the night watches.

7Because you have been my help, therefore in the shadow of your wings will I rejoice.

Psalm 54:4

4Behold, God is my helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.

 Helper is who assists us, help us accomplish things, encourage us, removes the obstacles in our life.

LORD Jesus said “another advocate to help you” somebody just like Me.

John 14:26

26But the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

John 15:26

26But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me:

John 16:7

7Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

Psalm 103:19

19The Lord has established his throne in heaven,

and his kingdom rules over all.

 Hebrews 1:3

3Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Hebrews 8:1

1Now of the things which we have spoken this is the sum: We have such a high priest, who sat down on the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens;

Hebrews 10:12

12But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down on the right hand of God;

Hebrews 12:2

2fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Spirit of GOD living in believers, Holy Spirit came to enable us to be the person GOD wants us to be and accomplish and achieve the work GOD set for us.

Father ruling, Son interceding and the Holy Spirit enabling us empowering us to do anything and everything Father has called us to do.

Acts 1:8

8But you shall receive power, after the Holy Spirit has come upon you: and you shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

 Holy Spirit helps us with our prayer life.

Romans 8:26-27

26Likewise the Spirit also helps our weakness: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought but the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

27And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

 Being obedient to will of GOD always, is will of GOD. GOD reveals His will for us for obedience.

*It is the work of the Holy Spirit to clarify the will of GOD for us, reveal the will of GOD for us, and enable us to walk in it.

*enable us to understand the Word of GOD.

Revelation is the truth that GOD gives to man that man cannot get it in any other way.

Nobody will understand GOD without Holy Spirit in person life.

Illumination when we read the Word of GOD, Spirit of GOD gives us the understanding.

1 Corinthians 2:9-10, 12, 14

9But as it is written, Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love him.

10But God has revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.

12Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.

14The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit.

Isaiah 55:8-9

8“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways,”

declares the Lord.

9“As the heavens are higher than the earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways

and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Inspiration when our heart is clean Holy Spirit speaks to our heart. We do what GOD wants us to do.

*Holy Spirit also helps us with our sinfulness. Do not drift in your relationship with GOD. Holy Spirit will convict you when you drift, when you sin.

John 16:7-11

7Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

8And when he is come, he will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

9Of sin, because they believe not on me;

10Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and you see me no more;

11Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

Holy Spirit convicts us our sinfulness and our needs of GOD. Our righteousness because the adequacy of atoning death of LORD Jesus Christ to pay my debts in full.

*Holy Spirit helps us when we are ministering others. The disciples are not equipped to serve till they are filled with the Holy Spirit. LORD Jesus told His disciples to wait till they are filled with the Holy Spirit.

Acts 1:4

4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, said he, you have heard of me.

1 Corinthians 2:1-5

1And so it was with me, brothers and sisters. When I came to you, I did not come with eloquence or human wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. 2For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3I came to you in weakness with great fear and trembling. 4My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, 5so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power.

I came to you in demonstration of power of GOD so that you may believe in GOD.

Whatever GOD called you to do GOD desires you do your best, it is quality work because you represent Him. The better we do our work, the more glory GOD gets. The better we do our work, more we impact on the life of others.

We do whatever we are called to do in the Spirit of GOD. He is the one empowers you and makes you impact on the people around you. When you do your work in the power of the Holy Spirit you are going to make an impact.

Our very presence may make life changing impact. Impact changes people’s lives.

Spirit of GOD there to help us by His power, His energy, His strength to do GOD’s will.

*When we are spiritually, emotionally drained Holy Spirit is there to help us. We are all human. Apostle Paul carried the pressure from the burden of the churches, from the torn in his body.

You need to be refreshed. You need to be quite with the LORD. He renews our spirit, He replenishes our emotions.

Ephesians 3:14-18

14For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

15Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,

16That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

17That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

18May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;

 GOD will enable you to do whatever you need to do.

*Holy Spirit helps us when we doubt our salvation.

Romans 8:16-17

16The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. 17Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

*Holy Spirit helps us live Christian life. Christ lives His life through us through the presence and power of the Holy Spirit. It is Holy Spirit responsibility to express love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, self-control, through us. All you have to do is surrender your life to Christ.

Galatians 5:16-23

16So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. 17For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want.

18But if you be led of the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, impurity, licentiousness,

20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strife, jealousy, wrath, selfishness, divisions, heresies,

21Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of which I tell you beforehand, as I have also told you in time past, that they who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

22But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,

23Meekness, self-control: against such there is no law.
