6O my God, my soul is cast down within me:

5Why are you cast down, O my soul? and why are you disturbed within me? hope in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

Disappointment is an emotional response to failure / some failed expectation to some hope and desire. It is unavoidable.

Discouragement is a feeling of despair, despondency. It is a choice we make. It is your view point. Look in what cause me to get in this way and look up, GOD has all the power and can get me out of this. Look back, GOD deliveries in your life. Look ahead, You helped me then You will help me now.

He has a will, plan and purpose for your life and it is always good. He can get me out of this.

Mark 6:31

Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them, “Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”
*reorganise your life

*resolve to trust Him. He has established His throne in heaven and He rules overall.

He is a good GOD. He is good. He has all power.

He will always be with us, living in the inside of you giving you encouragement, direction, guidance, and help. My GOD is with me. I face it all with Him.

The Holy Spirit living in the inside of you, you could never be separated. Just listen to the LORD and believe Him. He will handle it all.

Proverbs 3:5-6

5Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not unto your own understanding.

6In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths.

He will turn the discouragement into something good in your life if you just listen and believe Him. GOD will get you through this and will set you into the right direction.

It starts with acknowledgement of you need of GOD.
