GOD help you set goals.

Philippians 3:10-14

10That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

11If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

12Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if indeed I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.

13Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,

14I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

You will find trait of persistence in people who achieve accomplishment in life and in disciples of LORD Jesus Christ. Persistence is an attitude, characteristic, quality.

Persistence is a combination of a strong desire and will power. It is the capacity to continue on course in the face of difficulties, obstacles and discouragement and not quit. Refuse to give up. Persistence mean even through everything around me seems to be it is not going to work and everybody around me discouraging me, I refuse to quit.

The success is achieving / becoming the person GOD wants us to be and accomplishing the goals GOD set for our lives. A fresh new sparks lit something inside of you that causes the whole change in your life.

Motivation seems to be the goal that puts the burning desire inside of you. It’s the value you put on that goal determines the strength of my persistence and my persistence reveal the value of that goal. Because my goal worth the effort. Don’t lay down your goals. Don’t give up. In our persistence we are not holding on our strength we are following the LORD, we trust in His divine energy and strength.

We are not giving up, we are not surrendering, because we are trusting Almighty GOD and hang in there till He accomplish His purpose in our life. Resting in Him is a matter of trust in the GOD. GOD set goals, our lives makes a difference to somebody else life.

We all make mistakes, sin at times, we fail at times. We live in a fallen world. Persistence is important because if people don’t know how to deal with those they give up. The goal burn inside of you. Don’t give in, don’t give up no matter what.

Be encouraged, every believer has the Holy Spirit, living inside of you to enable us the goal GOD set for us. Keep your eyes on the LORD, on your goal He set for you.
