Job 7:6
6“My days are swifter than a weaver’s shuttle,
Psalm 144:4
4They are like a breath;
their days are like a fleeting shadow.
Psalm 90:12
12Teach us to number our days,
that we may gain a heart of wisdom.
Life and time is very precious, your life is your time. Invest your life wisely. Time is a gift from GOD. You have enough time to do LORD’s will, pray, read His Word, worship, serve the LORD every single day. Listen to Him, wait on Him, and follow Him. LORD Jesus was active in His life on earth.
Mark 1:35
35Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
He spent time praying and talking to the Father (in Luke and Mark) He prayed at night time and all night long.
For great man of GOD prayer is priority in their life. GOD’s will revealed in the span of our life time.
How prayer works:
*When emergency arises we get clear direction. (2 Chronicles 20)
*Prayer sharpens our discernment, we are able to see through on the surface of things.
Spirit of GOD speaks to your spirit. GOD works while we are sleeping, when you wake up you know straight away what to do. We should go to sleep with the right things in our mind, get GOD’s view on our situations.
Word of GOD guides your thinking and you get His thoughts, His will and plan.
*Prayer brings energy into our lives.
*Prayer sets your mind to do GOD’s will for the day.
*Prayer reminds us the necessity to act, the push we need, to accomplish what GOD would like us to accomplish.
*Prayer prevents you from being discouraged.
*Prayer opens the doors of the opportunities that nothing will open.
GOD will provide your needs but you need to be obedient to Him. He comes with His wisdom, power and energy for everything we need.
*It will enable us to discern between being busy and fruitful.
