John 3:1-15

1There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:

2The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that you do, except God be with him.

3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4Nicodemus said unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born?

5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7Marvel not that I said unto you, You must be born again.

8The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound thereof, but can not tell from where it came, and where it goes: so is everyone that is born of the Spirit.

9Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?

10Jesus answered and said unto him, Are you a Teacher of Israel, and know not these things?

11Verily, verily, I say unto you, We speak what we do know, and testify what we have seen; and you receive not our witness.

12If I have told you earthly things, and you believe not, how shall you believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

13And no man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man who is in heaven.

14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

15That whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

It is supernatural to be Christian.

Lost mean the person out of fellowship and relationship with GOD.

LORD Jesus says “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6

Something radically new, brand new life, their relationship and attitude changes, their conduct and behaviour change.

Kingdom of GOD speaks of a relationship we have with Him.

Matthew 6:33

33But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

Kingdom refers to rule, entering a relationship with Him where by LORD Jesus Christ is LORD of our life. Seeing Kingdom of GOD understanding this relationship and entering into Kingdom of GOD entering into a relationship with Him.

New birth is absolutely necessary to change your conduct. GOD changes your lost condition. And you become new in your nature.

Baptism is a public declaration of walking in the newness of life.

a man be born of water Word of GOD is a cleanser.

Ephesians 5:25-26

25Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

Holy Spirit brings us to confession and repentance that we are now cleansed from our sin. The Word of GOD cleanse our heart. The Spirit of GOD takes the Word of GOD and applies to person’s heart, gives them understanding and they place their faith in LORD Jesus Christ. There they are born again. Spirit of GOD giving the understanding and bringing about the new birth. Holy Spirit gives us new life regenerates our spirit and makes us child of GOD and brings new birth experience.

John 3:7, 14

7Marvel not that I said unto you, You must be born again.

14And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

This is a spiritual experience with GOD through His Son LORD Jesus Christ. LORD Jesus is lifted up so that who those look at Me and believe in Me likewise will be healed, forgiven, saved, will be born again.

In order to be born again it is matter of acknowledging your sinfulness and separation from GOD the Father and believe in LORD Jesus Chris and say to GOD I do believe LORD Jesus Christ is your Son and I am placing my faith LORD Jesus Christ who died at Calvary on my behalf and I am accepting Him as my Saviour.

LORD Jesus, I receive you by faith as my personal Saviour and I believe that your death at Calvary paid my sin in full and I am forgiven child of GOD. The Kingdom of GOD is to place your faith in LORD Jesus Christ as Son of GOD as your Saviour, as your Master and as your LORD of your life.

No one reaches heaven by doing good things, only those who accepted LORD Jesus Christ sacrificial death for their sin will be welcomed for eternity with GOD.
