Stand by our convictions

Conviction is a firm belief that it is true. You believe in your heart and mind that it is true and you will take a stand for it regardless consequences.

Daniel 6:10-11, 16, 21-22, 26

10Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem. Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before. 11Then these men went as a group and found Daniel praying and asking God for help.

16So the king gave the order, and they brought Daniel and threw him into the lions’ den. The king said to Daniel, “May your God, whom you serve continually, rescue you!”

21Daniel answered, “May the king live forever! 22My God sent his angel, and he shut the mouths of the lions. They have not hurt me, because I was found innocent in his sight. Nor have I ever done any wrong before you, Your Majesty.”

26“I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel.

“For he is the living God

and he endures forever;

his kingdom will not be destroyed,

his dominion will never end.

Daniel 2:48-49

48Then the king placed Daniel in a high position and lavished many gifts on him. He made him ruler over the entire province of Babylon and placed him in charge of all its wise men. 49Moreover, at Daniel’s request the king appointed Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego administrators over the province of Babylon, while Daniel himself remained at the royal court.

Daniel 5:29

29Then at Belshazzar’s command, Daniel was clothed in purple, a gold chain was placed around his neck, and he was proclaimed the third highest ruler in the kingdom.

Daniel 6:28

28So Daniel prospered during the reign of Darius and the reign of Cyrus the Persian.

He was unwilling to compromise his Biblical convictions. He stood very firm to his testimony before those kings. As a result he stood by his convictions. He was godly example and influence on others. His conviction is that GOD will answer his prayers. He was committed to the Word of GOD no matter what. If you are a believer you will be fully persuaded that GOD will protect you no matter what. You cannot be bought off, you cannot be scared, as long as it is right and based on Word of GOD.

Put others first, love is asking what is best for other person. A person in humble in spirit think of others, see the value in other person and we put aside our own goal.

Psalm 33:12

12Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.

Proverb 14:34

34Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

Righteousness protects a nation, righteousness is honouring living GOD. Blessed is the nation exalts the LORD, honours the LORD.

Having conviction is to be so thoroughly convinced something is true that you are willing to take a stand for it regardless of the consequences.

LORD will be our defence, be faithful, loyal and obedient to LORD Jesus Christ.

GOD hates the immoral, driven by sexual lust, wicked, vile, simple, greed, driven by desire for wealth, prideful, boosting in what you have, indulgent, slothful, ungrateful, irreverent, disrespectful. Sin is a disobedience to GOD, sin is breaking GOD’s Word.

What you saw what you reap. We should be very grateful to GOD, sharing the gospel is our responsibility. Every good thing comes from GOD.

Our GOD is greater than all, our responsibility is to trust in Him, believe in Him.

Every single person who heard the gospel is a missionary.
