Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he:

Colossians 3:1-8

1If you then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sits on the right hand of God.

2Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.

3For you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.

4When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall you also appear with him in glory.

5Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

6For which things’ sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience:

7In which you also once walked, when you lived in them.

8But now you also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy talk out of your mouth.

 When you are saved you died to your old way of life and you rose to walk in newness of life. Therefore keep seeking things above where Christ is seated on the right hand of GOD.

The pathway to control our thoughts is understanding our relationship with Christ.

2 Corinthians 4:3-4

3But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:

4In whom the god of this age has blinded the minds of them who believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

2 Corinthians 11:3

3But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his cunning, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Holy Spirit helps us to think right. He is there in us living with us. You have the Spirit of GOD living in you. Don’t think less of yourself for Christ died for you. You are a child of GOD, Christ is your Saviour.

He predestined us beforehand, transformed us to conform to the likeness of His Son.

Philippians 4:8

8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

What we think governs our relationship. Therefore, think rightly, spend time in the Word of GOD and contemplate.

Psalm 94:11

11The LORD knows the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.

* GOD uses our experiences having identified yourself with people who are hurting in similar situations or back ground and be able to identify with them and understand them and GOD uses our past failures to grow them in relationship with LORD Jesus Christ. Forgiveness takes care of all sin but not mind.

* Do not allow ungodly in your life as what you hear or see becomes part of your life.

Say I want life in best, and start with second birth, He will forgive you all your sins for LORD Jesus died for you and Spirit of GOD will come into your life and will enable you to think the way He thinks.
