The battle of prayer

Paul reminding us that we are in spiritual warfare.

Ephesian 6:10-24

10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

11Put on the whole armour of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in heavenly places.

13Therefore take unto you the whole armour of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14Stand therefore, having your loins girded about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16Above all, taking the shield of faith, with which you shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.

17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thus with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

19Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, 20for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.

Final Greetings

21Tychicus, the dear brother and faithful servant in the Lord, will tell you everything, so that you also may know how I am and what I am doing. 22I am sending him to you for this very purpose, that you may know how we are, and that he may encourage you.

23Peace to the brothers and sisters, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 24Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.

Our effectiveness and productivity, our fruitfulness, the holiness of our life, the ministry, and the victory in our Christian life directly related to our prayer life, directly related to the intimate relationship we have with Almighty GOD through prayer. Praying and Word of GOD go together hand in hand. Praying is talking to GOD and listening to Him.

Battle to pray, ask specific things for the Father to do it. Every single answer is a trophy from GOD. It is a testimony of faithfulness of GOD.
