The written Word of GOD.

Isaiah 40:8

8The grass withers and the flowers fall,

but the word of our God endures forever.”

 2 Timothy 3:14-17

14But continue in the things which you have learned and have been assured of, knowing of whom you have learned them;

15And that from a child you have known the holy scriptures, which are able to make you wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

16All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

17That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

2 Timothy 4:1-5

1I charge you therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the living and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;

2Preach the word; be diligent in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they draw to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto myths.

5But you watch in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fully carry out your ministry.

GOD is the author of the Bible.

GOD reveals Himself to us, who He is we don’t discover Him. GOD has unveiled Himself in His book. GOD’s redeeming love for lost mankind.

In Genesis GOD’s love created, revealed in creation, in Revelation it is the expression GOD’s love in heaven.

John 1:1

1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

LORD Jesus Christ was with GOD, LORD Jesus Christ is the living Word of GOD. This is who I AM. We will be drawn to His Son, we will give ourselves to Him, we will come into relationship with Him.
