The prayer was number 1 priority with LORD Jesus.

Mark 1 35-38

35Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed. 36Simon and his companions went to look for him, 37and when they found him, they exclaimed: “Everyone is looking for you!”

38Jesus replied, “Let us go somewhere else—to the nearby villages—so I can preach there also. That is why I have come.”

LORD Jesus got up early, He began His prayer very early in the morning. You start the day with the Father before you do anything else. If your relationship is most important thing in your life you will start your day with Him. You will allow LORD Jesus Christ to start the day with you.

He made the prayer His priority. He is the Son of GOD, He knew for Him to accomplish what the Father wanted Him to accomplish He had to start the day with the Father.

We start our day with LORD Jesus Christ, surrendering our life to LORD Jesus Christ, make us sensitive to His will, to people around us.

When LORD Jesus start praying He went somewhere that He wouldn’t be disturb because He was asking the Father for the direction. He knew every day is accounted. Your mind, spirit and body adjust quickly where you pray.

Whatever you accomplish in life you accomplish on your knees. You cannot depend on your ability, talent or anything. The only thing you can depend upon is your prayer. GOD will speak to you and give direction over your life. Where you pray to the Father is a private place, holy place, where you get direction, encouragement and assurance. It is where you get conviction, where you cry, confess your sins. It is your place where you and GOD meet only.

Kneeling in the presence of Almighty GOD and starting your day with GOD is crucial to accomplish whatever you need to accomplish in life.

Pray to know the Father’s will. Nothing is powerful as talking to the LORD Jesus.

LORD Jesus prayed all night because of His relationship to the Father.

He promises to be there and listen and answer our prayer according what He knows is best for us. He knows all our needs and He is ready to help us in every situation in our life. He is ready and willing to help us.

The Father wants to protect His children. Pray for the needs of others. We live in a world that dangerous, wicked, vile, hostile, sinful. Every place we turn there is evil. He prayed for His disciples to be protected from the evil one.

LORD Jesus agonised in prayer. It means the burden is heavy, you don’t know how to deal with it. Whatever we ask He listens and He will answer it at His perfect timing for His glory and honour.

LORD Jesus prayed alone. You become such friend to GOD you don’t need anybody to pray with you. You and GOD friends and He is very committed to you.

Bible says “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” Matthew 7:7.

1 John 5:14-15

14This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.

He is waiting for us to listen to Him carefully and do whatever He wants us to do. If you pray to Him and ask, GOD will show you what to do. If you don’t obey His will, GOD will be silent.

Prayer is investment of your time. It is the most valuable investment of your time when you and the Father together. You will be amazed what He will tell you, you will be amazed what He will start doing in your life and you will be amazed how that place becomes the most valuable place in your home.

If you take it to heart GOD will do something awesome in your life. You have to choose you love GOD enough to give Him time.
