Genesis 6:1-9

1And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

3And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be a hundred and twenty years.

4There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

5And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

6And the LORD was sorry that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him to his heart.

7And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for I am sorry that I have made them.

Noah’s Faith

8But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

9These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

First step in the walking with GOD is;

*Reconciliation being reconciled to GOD. Person being convicted of their sins and recognising LORD Jesus Christ is their only hope and submitting themselves to GOD.

Ephesians 2:1-3

1And you has he made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins:

2In which in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience:

3Among whom also we all had our behaviour in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

2 Corinthians 5:17-18

17Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

18And all things are of God, who has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

*Trusting Him

Proverbs 3:5-6

5Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Hebrews 11:6-7

6But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that comes to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

7By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved by fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

GOD is always with His children. If I am walking in light I am walking by faith. Walk in truth, in love.

Be in the Word of GOD. In the process of trusting Him, learn how He operates, how you hear Him.

*Be in agreement with Him. Be alike with Him, in undisturbed union with Him. Walking in agreement with Him.

*Learn how to fellowship with Him, it takes time. He speaks we listen.

If you love someone you share heart to heart, spirit to spirit. It is the most important relationship with LORD Jesus Christ.

*Keep pace with Him. Be in step with GOD which means I am going in His direction, in His pace, in His way.

Psalm 62:1

1Truly my soul waits upon God: from him comes my salvation.

Keep pace with Him. GOD has a schedule of wisdom, unconditional love perfectly fitted to us.

*Keep your eyes on GOD.

1 Peter 1:13-16

13Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

14As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

15But as he who has called you is holy, so be holy in all manner of conduct;

16Because it is written, you will be holy; for I am holy.

*We have the responsibility to share the gospel.

2 Corinthians 6:14-18

14Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what partnership has light with darkness?

15And what harmony has Christ with Belial? or what part has he that believes with an infidel?

16And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for you are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

17Therefore come out from among them, and be you separate, says the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

18And will be a Father unto you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.

*We are to walk by in the Spirit of GOD.

2 Thessalonians 3:6

6Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ that you withdraw yourselves from every brother that walks disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received from us.

Do not walk in deliberate sins and disobedience. If you are walking with GOD be careful who you are walking with.

Ephesians 5:11-12

11And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

12For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.

Since we are walking with holy GOD, we are to separate ourselves from some people.

*Have courage

Isaiah 43:1-3

1But now thus says the LORD that created you, O Jacob, and he that formed you, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed you, I have called you by your name; you are mine.

2When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame scorch you.

3For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour: I gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba in exchange for you.

Isaiah 41:10

10Fear not; for I am with you: be not dismayed; for I am your God: I will strengthen you; yea, I will help you; yea, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

Walking with GOD being consumed by LORD Jesus Christ. GOD has the best plan, direction for you.

When you love, you give. We are the children of GOD.
