Colossians 2:1-10

1For I desire that you know what great conflict I have for you, and for them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh;

2That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgment of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ;

3In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

4And this I say, lest any man should deceive you with enticing words.

5For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, rejoicing and beholding your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.

6As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him:

7Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

9For in him dwells all the fullness of the Deity bodily.

10And you are complete in him, who is the head of all principality and power:

 Ephesians 2:10

10For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.

Walking as children of GOD, in wisdom, in the Spirit, in love.

2 John 1:4-6

4I rejoiced greatly that I found some of your children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment from the Father.

5And now I beseech you, lady, not as though I wrote a new commandment unto you, but that which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.

6And this is love that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, that, as you have heard from the beginning, you should walk in it.

 Walk in Him

*When we trust LORD Jesus Christ as our Saviour we began a relationship which is vital between the LORD Jesus Christ and the believer

*Continuous, we do not stand still

*LORD Jesus Christ is source of everything

*Walk of faith daily, we die and trust by faith, all is faith.

Walk of faith is having personal relationship with LORD Jesus Christ which results placing my trust in Him in every circumstances of my life.

Having been rooted in Him, when we received our LORD Jesus Christ as our Saviour we were planted at the eternal soil in the person of LORD Jesus Christ, our rooted grew down in Christ.

You live by faith, having been rooted you are continually drawing your nourishment from LORD Jesus Christ.

Walk the walk of faith.

Built up in him when we trusted LORD Jesus Christ as our Saviour Bible says LORD Jesus became foundation of our life.

1 Corinthians 11:3

3But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ

We have been walking and building in the foundation of LORD Jesus Christ.

What we are today is the result of choices we made since we are saved.

As we walk we are being built up, draw from Him all you need, draw from Him those good qualities you need in your life. Your faith in actions will strengthen you.

Established in the faith being strengthened, made secure. We become more established by fellowship and in the Word of GOD.

When the wind blow, it won’t flow you from your path because you are rooted and your foundations Rock of Ages.

As you have been taught walk in Him and develop this relationship and trust Him in every circumstances. GOD roots you builds you up, makes you Godly.

Trust the LORD Jesus in your walk, it is a journey, it is an experience, it is a relationship, it is a vital union you and I have in the person of Christ.
