Philippians 4:4-11

4Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.

5Let your fairness be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

6Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

7And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

9Those things, which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me has flourished again; in which you were also concerned, but you lacked opportunity.

11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, to be content.

GOD wants us to rejoice, be peace and in contentment in our lives.

Matthew 6:25, 27, 31, 34

Do Not Worry

25“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 27Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?

31So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

If GOD says who says He is, if I trust Him I will not carry worry or anxiety in my life.

Consequences of anxiety; divides your mind, effects your productivity, effects your relationship with other people, waste time, makes unwise decisions. It effects every area of your life.

GOD is not intend us to have anxiety.

6Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

*Learn to pray right, our devotion to Him, worship to Him, love to Him. We come to Him with sense of reverence, acknowledging who He is, recognising His majesty, recognising His greatness, recognising His awesome power.

GOD can give us anything He chooses for us to have because He is omnipotent, He has all the power, He is omniscient He knows exactly what we need. He desires our love and devotion, He wants our focus to be upon on Him. His greatest desire is to build an intimate relationship with us the ones who died for Him, He loves us and He wants to love us back. He is the source and He will turn it to good.

Pray about everything bring it all to Him and be specific about it.

Hebrews 5:7

7During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears to the one who could save him from death, and he was heard because of his reverent submission.

Cry out to Him. Crying out to the LORD something you feel deeply.

Psalm 116:4

Then I called on the name of the LORD: “LORD, save me!”

Psalm 37:17

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.

Psalm 18:3

I called to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I have been saved from my enemies.                            

He may answer your prayer when you don’t expect. Give thanks to GOD.
