GOD knows exactly why He allows certain things to happen in our lives, He knows we will never be able to understand it. GOD is GOD of love, righteousness, mercy, goodness and kindness.

Isaiah 55:8-9

8“For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways,”

declares the Lord.

9“As the heavens are higher than the earth,

so are my ways higher than your ways

and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Somethings we will never understand, it’s beyond our comprehension, we will never be able to figure it out in this life.

Lamentations 3:22-23

22Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed,

for his compassions never fail.

23They are new every morning;

great is your faithfulness.

GOD’s goodness, love and mercy brand new every morning and never leaves you, always there all day.

1 Peter 5:6-11

6Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

8Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

10And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 11To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

Most of the time we won’t understand or figure it out why certain things happens in our life, but we need to respond the right way. My trust, faith, surrender should overpower all the questions I may have. If I don’t grow in my pain, sorrow, hurt and suffering it will be wasted.

GOD is in control of our lives, there are no accidents, He promises to be with us through our difficult times. Say thank you LORD. Know that GOD is up to something.

How do we respond?

< Remember you are child of GOD and He is watching over you.

< Remember what GOD says He is always with you. He is allowing whatever is happening, it is in His presence, in His sight, in His permissive will.

< Acknowledge that GOD has a purpose. He is doing it for some divine purpose, He is with me, He says I will never leave you never forsake you. I am going to trust the LORD no matter.

< Give thanks to GOD. He will show you something that you will be thankful.

1 Thessalonians 5:18

18give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:28

28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

GOD is building strength, confidence, establishing us in our faith. He is going to turn it out to be something good.

Trust LORD Jesus Christ as your Saviour who you will give an account of your life.
